PRODUCTION PROCESS

FROM RAW MATERIAL TO FINISHED PRODUCT

We manage the entire production chain for steel and other special alloys, from titanium and aluminum to copper and alloyed steels. Our process covers the full lifecycle of each component, starting with CAD-3D design and ending with final inspection and testing.

CUTTING SYSTEMS

Automated systems with a wide range of materials: stainless steel, light alloys, aluminum, copper, and bronze.
Capable of cutting single pieces, bundles, profiles, and solid bars.

Our production is divided between line-planned operations and ad hoc off-line processing, allowing us to create custom components for a variety of sectors:

We carefully select methods and materials to meet predefined product standards, ensuring hygiene and enhancing the aesthetic quality of each component. Attention to detail is a fundamental part of our “master craftsmanship” finishing.

The entire production process is planned and monitored through an integrated ERP system, which guarantees precise scheduling of in-house and external production, effective progress tracking, and strict adherence to delivery requirements.

Poli Production includes ultra-precision welding, creation of tooling and masking, as well as processes such as bending, stamping, edging, turning, and milling.

Finishing treatments such as mirror and electro-polishing, satin finishing, pickling, and microblasting… “because we are constantly striving for the best results and maximum performance”.
