POLI S.r.l. adopts an integrated policy for Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health & Safety, aiming for continuous improvement of its processes and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards.

The company commits to identifying and assessing risks related to products and production processes (in relation to environmental impacts and worker health & safety), defining and applying control measures to reduce or, where possible, eliminate risks at their source, and considering impacts on stakeholders.

Main objectives include:
  • Meeting customer needs while improving product quality and reliability
  • Complying with applicable environmental and occupational health & safety laws and regulations, promoting a “Zero Accidents” and “Zero Occupational Diseases” focus
  • Ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, encouraging worker consultation and participation
  • Preventing pollution and reducing direct and indirect impacts, with attention to resource consumption, waste, and scrap
  • Pursuing continuous improvement and setting annual objectives through a dedicated program

POLI S.r.l. has implemented an Integrated Management System compliant with UNI EN ISO 9001, UNI EN ISO 14001, and UNI EN ISO 45001.
